Our manufacturing plant incorporates a line assembly system with fully-automated winding facilities (lasing machine, coil-inserting machine, paper-inserting machine, surge testers, etc). Our fully equipped service and fabrication machine shop has VMCs, CNCs, automatic multi-spindle drilling machines, lathe, paint booth, gantry crane and dedicated pump test bays. Highly water resistive trickling varnish technique provides higher reliability to our windings when compared to traditional methods. Set in a large warehouse space with approx 2,50,000 Sq.ft. area, our plant also houses our R&D Team working in close proximity. At Flowra, we also have our own captive foundry with a capacity of more than 3000 tonnes per annum in manufacturing high grade cast iron products for our own consumption as well as for other out-sourced applications from allied fields.

Our line assembly is designed on Lean Manufacturing concepts and 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) philosophy. Brainstorming sessions and Kaizen meetings are held regularly to aid in continuous learning, development and progress. Visual monitoring systems are in place to ensure stringent workplace process controls and occupational health and safety standards are met.
